Is the consultation mandatory?

Yes for paramedical. Each skin and each scar requires a thorough tactile or visual analysis before you can validate and plan your protocol.

Why do we have to wait so long between sessions?

Deep tissue regeneration and healing from permanent makeup take time. A minimum of 4 to 8 weeks (sometimes 12 in rare cases) is essential to allow the skin to heal, gently restructure, and reveal the true results before the next step.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?

You can reschedule your appointment online up to 48 hours before your treatment, via your confirmation email. After this period, or in case of cancellation or no-show, the initial deposit is non-refundable to cover the time reserved at the studio.

Can I come accompanied to the studio?

In order to ensure the calm, the artist's concentration, and the respect of the clinic's strict hygiene standards, companions are not allowed in the booth.

For these same reasons, our animal friends cannot accompany you, even though we love them with all our hearts.

How do I send my photos for a request?

You can attach them directly via our contact form above or send them to us by email. Make sure you have clear daylight.
