Every body has a story, ours is to help you turn the page. A non-invasive alternative to restore your tissues, camouflage your scars.

Living with a scar, whether it is a reminder of cosmetic surgery, a life event, or a burn, often affects much more than the surface of the skin. At Velvet Myst, we see daily the impact these marks can have on comfort and self-image. Our role is not to hastily camouflage, but to initiate a true skin transformation, without going through the operating room.
To achieve this, our philosophy is based on three fundamental pillars:
Respect for cellular rhythm and tissue education: Because no skin reacts the same way, we never apply a generic protocol. Each approach begins with a rigorous analysis of your tissues to build a care plan that precisely adapts to the evolution of your healing. We support you in understanding your skin: where surgical revision intervenes to restructure the deep form, our approach guides the skin layer to recover better.
The Tattoo Camouflage: Much more than just simple pigmentation, it is a high-precision expertise in colorimetry and technical realism. By using high-quality medical pigments, we recreate point by point the natural shades of your skin to visually soften the contrasts of scars or stretch marks. This final step occurs once the tissues are prepared and softened, allowing for a harmonious integration of the mark with the surrounding healthy skin.
By combining high technical precision with deeply human listening, we offer you a safe alternative to regain bodily harmony, at your own pace.

Different types of scars. Different Approaches.
I specialize in the management, revision, and camouflage of scars for a wide range of procedures, including, among others, breast reconstruction, breast reduction, gender affirmation, breast implant revision, liposuction, and abdominoplasty.
Les plus courantes. Elles sont fines, au même niveau que la peau et finissent par pâlir avec le temps
Our action plan: Since the relief of these scars is already stabilized and at the same level as the skin, they are ideal candidates for our dermo-pigmentation protocol.
Camouflage by Paramedical Tattooing (Main Action):We use our expertise in medical colorimetry to implant custom biocompatible pigments directly into the depigmented (white) area. The goal is to recreate point by point, transparently & over several appointments, the natural shades of your complexion to visually blend the scar and erase the contrast with the surrounding healthy skin.
Micro-Skin Regeneration (If necessary): Even if the scar is flat, the white scar tissue is sometimes stiffer or impermeable to pigment. A light tissue preparation without ink can be performed upstream to soften the area, reactivate microcirculation, and ensure perfect and lasting color retention.
The result : A visual illusion. The white demarcation fades to give way to a harmonious and unified shade.
They appear as hollows or small depressions in the skin. They occur when the body does not produce enough tissue to repair the area, often after severe acne or chickenpox.
Our action plan :
Since these scars present a loss of substance that creates a hollow or irregular appearance, they require a strategic approach to rebuild the relief before harmonizing the color, if there is a color difference.
INKLESS SCAR REVISION Skin Regeneration (Main Action) : This is the essential step for this type of tissue. Without ink, we mechanically stimulate, using deep micro-needling + suitable medical-grade serums, the natural production of collagen and elastin directly at the heart of the depression. The goal is to force the dermis to repair itself from the inside to fill the void, raise the bottom of the hollow, and visibly smooth the skin texture.
Paramedical Tattoo Camouflage (If necessary) : Once the relief is unified and stabilized through regeneration, we can move on to the visual illusion. We use our expertise in medical colorimetry to implant custom biocompatible pigments. The goal is to recreate point by point, transparently and over several appointments, the nuances of your skin tone to erase the shadows created by the hollow and blend the area with the surrounding healthy skin.
The result :
Restructured skin. The relief is smoother, the hollow less visible, and the area regains a harmonious texture and tone that better captures light.
They appear as raised, thick, and often rigid or red marks. They occur when the body produces an excess of collagen during the healing process, keeping the scar raised compared to the healthy skin, while remaining within the limits of the initial wound.
Our action plan :
Since these scars present an excess of substance that creates a swollen relief and tissue rigidity, our top priority is to soothe cellular activity and work to flatten the area as much as possible before considering any colorimetry harmonization.
The Inkless Scar Revision Skin Regeneration (Main Action) : This is the crucial step. Without ink, we mechanically stimulate the tissue to break the rigid and chaotic collagen fibers. This process forces the scar to soften, visibly reduce its volume, and sink closer to the level of the healthy skin, while diminishing residual redness. The larger the scar, the more patience this step requires to achieve optimal improvement.
The Camouflage by Paramedical Tattooing (If applicable) : Once the relief is minimized to its maximum potential and the tissue is fully stabilized, the art of illusion can intervene if the area shows a loss of color or hyperpigmentation. We use our expertise in medical colorimetry to implant custom biocompatible pigments. The goal is to recreate point by point, transparently and over several appointments, the exact shades of your skin tone to break the visual impact of the mark.
The result :
A greatly liberated skin. The relief and rigidity are significantly reduced to restore flexibility and comfort to the tissue on a daily basis. Visually, the area is more harmonized to blend more gently with the surrounding skin and capture light in a much more natural way.
Often caused by burns, post-operative infections, or deep wounds, these scars retract and freeze the surrounding tissues. By tightening the skin, they can cause constant physical discomfort and, in some cases, limit the mobility of the affected area.
Our action plan :
Since these scars pull on the skin and create rigidity, our top priority is to restore flexibility and elasticity to the tissues in order to release tension before considering the purely visual aspect.
The Inkless Scar Revision Skin Regeneration (Main action) : This is the fundamental step. Without ink, we work mechanically on the retracted tissues to restart the production of collagen and elastin. This process helps to relax the area, deeply soften the skin, and alleviate the feeling of tightness. The older or more significant the contracture, the more patience the protocol will require to maximize comfort gain.
Paramedical Tattoo Camouflage (If applicable): Once the tissues have regained maximum flexibility and are perfectly stabilized, the Camouflage Tattoo can take over if the scar shows color discrepancies. Thanks to our expertise in medical colorimetry, we implant custom biocompatible pigments. The goal is to recreate point by point, transparently and over several appointments, the shades of your skin tone to blur visual contrasts.
The result :
Restored comfort and softened skin. The sensations of tightness are greatly relieved, providing better ease of movement. Visually, the texture is smoothed and the color contrasts are softened so that the area blends more discreetly with the rest of the body.

FAQ: Paramedical Scars (Inkless & Camouflage)
Here are some frequently asked questions about these treatments.
Feel free to contact us for any information.
Inkless Scar Revision (ISR) focuses on the texture of the scar. Without injecting color, we use highly concentrated regenerating serums to smooth the skin, reduce relief, fill in hollows, or soften tissues. With the help of deep micro-needling.
Camouflage Tattoo focuses on the color. We inject custom medical pigments, matched to your natural skin tone, to visually blend the white or depigmented scar into the rest of your skin.
Timing is crucial to achieve a safe and aesthetic result:
- From 3 months: You can start the Inkless (ISR). At this stage, the scar is closed but still in the active remodeling phase. The ISR will greatly accelerate and optimize its internal healing.
- After a minimum of 12 months: You must wait a year for the Camouflage Tattoo. The scar must have lost all its pink, red, or purple hue. If an unstable scar is tattooed, the pigments may change color (gray or yellow spots) over time.
We will not be able to proceed with the treatment if you meet any of the following criteria:
- Scar less than 3 months old (for ISR) or less than 12 months old (for Camouflage).
- Cicatrices de type chéloïdes ou hypertrophiques (cicatrices très boursouflées, épaisses, qui continuent de grandir ou qui sont douloureuses). Le passage des aiguilles risquerait d'aggraver définitivement leur volume.
- Active infection, open wound, eczema, acne, or psoriasis in the area to be treated.
- Pregnancy or breastfeeding (as a precaution for ethical and immune reasons).
Yes, and it is often the best approach! If your scar is both textured (depressed, wrinkled) and white, we start with ISR sessions as early as the 3rd month to recreate smooth and supple skin. Once the scar is stabilized at 12 months, we finalize the work with Camouflage Tattoo to erase the color contrast.
Yes, in the majority of cases. Autoimmune diseases (such as lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, or multiple sclerosis) directly affect the immune system.
Since our treatments rely on a controlled micro-injury to force the skin to repair itself, an overactive or weakened immune system can compromise healing. A written authorization from your specialist doctor is absolutely required before making an appointment.
The session must be refused or postponed if you are affected by:
- Type 1 or uncontrolled diabetes: It significantly slows down cell regeneration and greatly increases the risk of infection.
- Coagulation disorders: Hemophilia or daily use of anticoagulants.
- A treatment for severe acne (Roaccutane / Accutane / Isotretinoin): You must have completely stopped this treatment for at least 6 to 12 months, as it drastically thins and weakens the skin.
- An ongoing oncological treatment: Chemotherapy, radiotherapy or immunotherapy. The body must have recovered (generally 6 months after the end of the protocols) and your oncologist must provide written consent.
- For the ISR (Inkless): Tanning is not a barrier, but the skin must not show any active sunburn.
- For the Camouflage Tattoo: This is a major contraindication. You must come with your natural skin color as light as possible, the one you have the longest during the year. If we create a pigment mix on tanned skin, the camouflage will appear much too dark and inappropriate once your tan has faded.
Sensitivity depends on the area of the body and each person's tolerance threshold. The sensation is generally similar to slight tingling or scratching. We work with great technical precision to minimize discomfort as much as possible.
The number of sessions varies according to the size, thickness, texture, and reaction of each skin:
- For the Inkless (ISR): Generally, plan for between 3 and 6 sessions, spaced out by 6 to 8 weeks, 12 in rare cases.
- For the Camouflage Tattoo: Count on between 3 and 5 sessions to achieve a natural transparent result, spaced out by 6 to 8 weeks, 12 in rare cases.
Success depends 50% on the work in the cabin and 50% on your home care.
- During the following 10 to 14 days: Sun exposure, tanning, swimming (pool, spa, sauna, hammam) and intensive sports (excessive sweating the first 5 days) are strictly prohibited.
- Fine scabs will form during the first week: you must absolutely not scratch, rub or pick them off, under penalty of ruining the result or creating a new mark. You will need to apply the recommended healing cream in a thin layer with clean hands.
Yes, this risk exists and depends on your skin type. PIH is a reaction where the skin produces an excess of melanin (dark or brown spots) following the micro-injury caused by the needles.
- Who is at risk? Mainly medium, mixed, black or Asian skin (phototypes IV to VI), or light skin that marks very easily after a pimple or scratch.
- Our safety protocol: For at-risk skin, we can perform a test patch (Test Patch) on a micro-area and wait 4 to 8 weeks. We may also ask you to prepare your skin at home with a specific serum (melanin inhibitor) before the appointment.
Ideally no, in order to ensure optimal working conditions.
For strict hygiene reasons, safety, and to ensure the technician's maximum concentration during this precision procedure, companions, children as well as pets are not allowed in the treatment room. If a relative accompanies you, they should ideally wait in the waiting area at the entrance.
The consultation is a key step where we thoroughly analyze the texture, maturity, and risks for your scar. This moment requires all our technical expertise, dedicated time in the room, and the creation of a safe, customized treatment plan. The consultation fees reflect the value of this personalized professional analysis.
