A 30% reservation deposit will be required to confirm your quote. Payment options in installments are also available upon request!

Follow the care instructions BEFORE the appointment
It's simple! You will find them in your appointment confirmation email. They are essential to ensure the best possible results, so don't forget them!

Come to your session
Wear loose-fitting clothing, preferably made from natural materials that allow the skin to breathe, and that are not afraid of potentially coming into contact with a bit of oil.

Follow the care instructions AFTER the appointment
A small gentle and natural soap for washing the treated areas will be provided to you. However, you will need to purchase one or two AFTERCARE creams at the pharmacy (cost approximately $30).
The healing process will take between 2 and 3 months at most before your next sessions! Don't forget to write to us to check in on the progress of your healing!
Are you wondering about how a session for treating your scars will go?
1| Arrive calmly at your appointment at the agreed time, having carefully followed the instructions RECEIVED IN YOUR APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION EMAIL BEFORE the appointment, after taking a shower and wearing loose, comfortable, and non-new clothing, preferably made of natural materials, that do not constrict the area to be treated.
2| Make yourself comfortable in the armchair, in complete privacy. Bring a blanket with you if you tend to get cold easily.
3| Your skin is cleaned and prepared. Close-up photos will be taken, without exception, to create your file, allowing for the tracking of the healing progress of the treatment.
4| The work with the machine equipped with micro-needles begins. The duration can vary from 45 minutes to 2.5 hours depending on the treated areas. Pain level of 2 to 3/10 depending on the areas.
5| Once the session is over, go home to rest. Avoid taking ibuprofen or anticoagulant medications 1 day before and 2 days after the session. Avoid taking a shower for 36 hours after the appointment. Also, remember to avoid exposure to heat, excessive humidity, and any irritating products during the first few days following the procedure.
6| You will receive a list of 2 products for post-treatment care (a pharmacy is located 2 minutes away on foot from the studio if needed). Post-care instructions are also available online to reduce "paper waste".
